Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to promote medical device products and develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals across an assigned territory.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the customer base, and supporting product awareness among clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare institutions. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy customer engagement, field sales, and working towards commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic staff, purchasers, and other healthcare professionals through regular visits and follow-up.
- Promote product information and benefits to healthcare professionals in a professional and effective manner.
- Achieve sales targets and profitability objectives within the assigned territory.
- Support the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
- Increase product awareness through customer visits, product presentations, and educational activities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and territory information.
- Monitor market and competitor activities and provide regular feedback to the sales manager.
- Prepare daily call reports, weekly sales plans, and monthly or annual territory reviews.
- Monitor stock levels at customer sites and coordinate replenishment where required.
- Attend internal meetings, training programmes, and other company activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Science, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical/medical device sales or promoting products to healthcare clinics and hospitals is preferred.

- Strong communication, negotiation, planning, and organisational skills.
- Fluent in English and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
- Confident in dealing with medical specialists and other healthcare stakeholders.
