An innovative online payment solutions provider, serving global clients with secure Payments and IBAN products, is looking to recruit a results-oriented Sales Specialist to target the PSP sector. The company is expanding rapidly and seeking someone who can build meaningful partnerships in the payments ecosystem.

Description

As a key member of the sales team, you will focus on onboarding new Payment Service Providers and their merchant clients. You will use your PSP network and commercial insight to drive growth, manage the full sales cycle, and deliver tailored payment solutions. This role is ideal for someone comfortable navigating complex B2B partnerships in the fintech space.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and close partnerships with PSPs across international markets
  
• Promote IBAN and Payments solutions tailored to PSP and merchant needs
  
• Manage end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to onboarding
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of client solutions
  
• Stay current with payment industry trends and compliance updates
  
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the PSP ecosystem
  

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in payments, fintech, or PSP-focused sales roles
  
• Strong network of PSP contacts and decision-makers
  
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and partnerships
  
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
