Sales Specialist

Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business or SPM
- 3 years’ experience in the related field
- Proficient in spoken & written English and Bahasa Melayu
- Able to communicate in other local dialect will be an added advantage
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with positive attitude
- Computer literate
- Willing to travel
Responsibilities:
- Sell and market company product line which includes parts and services
- Plans customer calls and ensure wide customer coverage
- Providing product demonstrations to staff and clients including taking the lead in resolving complaints
- Follow up on all sales prospects and projects with potentials of the company’s product lines for proper sales presentation and conclusion
- Foster good customer relations with existing and potential customers
- Work closely with customers and service department for after-sales service
- Build company image and maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards and compliance to company’s policies
