📋 Job Requirements:
• Personally handle high-ticket B2B/B2C deals, manage negotiations with C-level executives (LPR), and close complex sales.
• Train & Mentor: Onboard new hires, conduct interactive sales training/role-play sessions, review call recordings, and step in to help reps close tough deals.
• Create, update, and implement highly converting sales scripts tailored to different target segments.
• Analytics & Control: Optimize sales funnels, monitor conversion rates, and ensure the team consistently hits their KPIs.
