SALES SUPERVISOR

Supervise the daily activities of the hotel sales team and ensure sales targets are achieved.

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase room, banquet, conference, and event revenue.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and key clients.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and sales calls.

Conduct hotel site inspections and presentations for prospective clients.

Prepare quotations, contracts, and proposals in accordance with hotel policies.

Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.

Ensure all sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts are accurately recorded in the hotel's CRM or PMS.

Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Revenue Management, Banquet, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the hotel.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve customer issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
