Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a five-star experience.
- Handle phone calls, appointment bookings, and customer inquiries.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized schedule.
- Promote and sell spa services and skincare products, consistently meeting sales targets.
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and filing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a spa, salon, or luxury customer service setting.
- Strong sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to meet targets.
- Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends.
- An esthetician background is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $2,500 per month + commission
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000+ per year

Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 10 AM - 6 PM
- Sunday: 11 AM - 6 PM
