Sales Supervisor – Restaurant Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise the restaurant sales team and daily sales activities.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Promote restaurant food, catering, and event services.

Find new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.

Handle customer enquiries, quotations, bookings, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with the restaurant and kitchen teams for customer requirements.

Handle customer feedback and resolve sales-related issues.

Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.

Support promotions and marketing activities.

Train and motivate sales staff.

Monitor competitors and market trends.

Report sales results to the Sales Manager or Restaurant Manager.
