* Ability to achieve sales targets continuously, along with analyzing results and devising plans for performance improvement.

* Experience in monitoring compliance and entering data.

* Organizing and managing promotional events and exhibitions within societies.

* Ability to manage and monitor the sales team and distributors daily, enhancing their performance levels.
