SALES SUPERVISOR

Supervise daily sales activities for plywood, veneer and other wood products.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

Identify new sales opportunities and expand the company's customer base.

Prepare quotations, sales proposals and product information for customers.

Follow up on customer enquiries, orders and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management.

Negotiate prices, payment terms and other sales conditions with customers.

Handle customer feedback and resolve sales-related issues professionally.

Supervise and support sales staff to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
