Job Description & Requirements

This position is responsible for creating sales plans to meeting strategic organization goals, building membership. Plan and coordinate sales efforts .Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor.

Formulate pricing policies. Perform some tasks of a manager, such as purchasing, accounting and budgeting. Retail sales supervisors may ship goods, arrange displays and help customers as well as assist staff.
