JOB DESCRIPTION

Floor Supervisor – Baxter’s in Rye

The Floor Supervisor supports store leadership in driving sales performance, maintaining visual and operational standards, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience. This is a hands-on role requiring strong selling skills, professionalism, and the ability to lead by example on the selling floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model and deliver elevated, client-focused selling behaviors
• Support daily floor leadership and real-time sales coaching
• Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards across men’s and women’s categories
• Monitor replenishment, organization, and operational execution
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Support onboarding and training of team members
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve sales and performance goals

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of retail experience; prior leadership experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in relationship-based selling
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and operationally disciplined
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Compensation:

$22–$25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
