Sales Support Assistant (3 months)/West/$2200-$2400

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Support

• Research potential customers across key industries such as Retail (Beauty), E-commerce, Healthcare, and Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Automotive.
• Identify and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
• Conduct initial outreach and appointment-setting activities.
• Assist in following up on leads and customer enquiries.

Customer& Market Intelligence

• Conduct market mapping and competitor research within the logistics and supply chain industry.
• Track industry trends, customer movements, and potential business opportunities.
• Support the team in preparing customer meeting materials and presentations.

Client Management Support

• Coordinate customer meetings and maintain meeting records.
• Assist with customer follow-ups and relationship-building activities.
• Maintain and update customer-related records and activity trackers as required.

Sales Administration

• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and activity trackers.
• Maintain prospect and customer databases.
• Support general administrative activities for the Sales & Client Management team.

Requirements

· Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business,Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

· Organized and able to manage administrative tasks accurately.

· Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable supporting different tasks as required.

· Prior administrative, sales support, or customer service experience would be an advantage.
