Sales Support Associate

Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic team as a Sales & Marketing Executive, where you will spearhead revenue growth and enhance brand visibility through strategic marketing initiatives and comprehensive account management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of sales, including pre-sales, active sales, and post-sales to foster strong client relationships.
• Ensure accuracy of customer data, pricing, and system records; handle rebate calculations and accounts receivable tracking.
• Oversee Production, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) reports, monitoring market trends and budgets to manage stock effectively.
• Coordinate logistics with third-party providers for shipments and collaborate with headquarters on returns and documentation.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to support product lifecycle management and operational efficiency.
• Identify and propose improvements for process inefficiencies, contributing to audit preparations as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B environments, with a focus on manufacturing, electronics, or FMCG distribution.
• Proven experience in both client management and order fulfillment processes.
• Proficiency in data management tools, including MS Office.
