Sales Support Coordinator

This is more than a traditional administrative support position. You will work across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to maintain accurate customer and pricing information, develop meaningful reports, coordinate sales programs and trade shows, and help manage our growing network of automotive and PBE social media influencers.

What You’ll Get to Do
Turn Data into Action
- Create and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and business analyses using Excel and Power BI.
- Review data from multiple sources, identify trends, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Prepare reports and presentations that help the sales team make informed business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data accuracy, and team workflows.
Support Our Sales Team
- Serve as a trusted internal resource for customer, product, pricing, commission, and sales information.
- Participate in sales meetings and help coordinate meetings, travel, conferences, trade shows, and department activities.
- Maintain customer contracts, records, databases, and other important sales documentation.
- Coordinate the shipment of materials, product components, and samples for national and regional trade shows and customer programs.
Manage Customer and Pricing Information
- Maintain promotional and contract pricing within Trade Plus/Flintfox, including daily and annual pricing updates.
- Validate pricing before and after system entry and help resolve pricing discrepancies.
- Coordinate the monthly index pricing program and communicate pricing updates to internal and external customers.
- Manage new customer setup, account updates, customer master data, territories, sales representatives, brokers, and product information.
- Review monthly exception reports, research discrepancies, and make necessary corrections.
Coordinate Influencer Programs
- Support Barr Brands’ growing network of automotive and PBE influencers across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
- Maintain influencer contact and engagement records.
- Coordinate campaign logistics and product shipments in partnership with the Sales and Marketing teams.
Help Us Work Smarter
- Partner with colleagues across Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service to execute programs and resolve issues.
- Recommend practical improvements that make processes more accurate, efficient, and scalable.
- Share knowledge and serve as a helpful resource for team members navigating pricing, customer data, and business systems.
- Support special projects and evolving business needs.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in sales support, sales operations, reporting, business analytics, or a related area.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience creating reports and dashboards in Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make business-focused recommendations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, high-quality work.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to working with colleagues and customers.
- Professional maturity, openness to feedback, and an interest in continuous improvement.
- Comfort navigating social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
Experience with Trade Plus, Flintfox, customer master data, pricing systems, or onboarding and mentoring team members is helpful but not required.

Work Location and Travel
This is a hybrid position based out of our East Memphis office. The role requires occasional local travel to our President’s Island facility and limited additional business travel based on company needs.
Most work is performed in an office environment, with occasional time spent in warehouse settings where noise levels, airborne particles, fumes, and temperatures may vary. The position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, communicate, and use visual acuity for extended periods. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
