- Build cross-reference tables between OE, competitor and industry part numbers from catalogs, PDFs and customer data
- Prepare application data in the formats customers require — ACES/PIES, TecDoc and customer-specific structures
- Research competitor ranges, brands and pricing from catalogs and websites
- Support quotes, RFQs and program proposals with clean, verified data
- Use AI tools to parse, structure and clean large data sets, then verify the output against source
- Flag errors, gaps and anomalies; document what was done and what remains uncertain
- Work directly with the owner and sales team on customer deliverables
