🚀 We're Hiring: Sales Support Engineer / Product Consultant (Part-Time Consultant) Location: Remote (Preferred overlap with US business hours) Engagement: Part-Time Consultant / Contract Experience: 3–8 Years Industry: AI | SaaS | FinTech | Mortgage Technology | Tax Technology What You'll Do 💼 Sales Support & Product Consulting Conduct engaging product demonstrations for prospects and customers. Present the features, workflows, and business value of CliqLoan and TaxFlo. Support sales teams during customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions. Understand customer requirements and align them with product capabilities. Prepare demo scripts, presentations, solution documents, and technical responses. 🛠 Technical Consulting Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process. Explain product architecture, integrations, workflows, and platform capabilities. Answer customer technical and functional questions. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address customer requirements. Share customer feedback to improve product features and user experience. 🤝 Customer Enablement Assist with customer onboarding and implementation activities. Conduct product training sessions and customer workshops. Create user guides, FAQs, and product documentation. Help customers maximise adoption and value from the platform. Product Knowledge You'll become an expert in: CliqLoan Mortgage Workflow Platform TaxFlo Tax Workflow Automation Platform AI-powered Document Processing Solutions Enterprise SaaS Workflows & Integrations Digital Transformation & Customer Onboarding Solutions What We're Looking For Required 3–8 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Product Consulting, Technical Account Management, or SaaS Implementation. Experience supporting customer-facing software or SaaS products. Excellent presentation, communication, and consulting skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple business language. Experience conducting software demonstrations, workshops, and customer presentations. Ability to work independently in a flexible, consulting-based role. Preferred Experience with FinTech, Mortgage Technology, Tax Technology, AI, or Enterprise SaaS products. Knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS), CPA/Tax workflows, Document Management Systems, or API-based platforms.
