A SGX-listed group specialising in industrial solutions is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Executive to join its growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support to the business development team
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations for clients and process purchase orders
- Respond promptly and efficiently to all incoming enquiries
- Coordinate between departments and external parties to ensure timely and satisfactory order fulfilment
- Assist in resolving customers’ issues relating to orders
- Maintain good relationships with customers
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in any field
- Min. 1 year of relevant sales support experience preferably marine/offshore industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with SAP Business One is an advantage
