SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

GQ Singapore is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Sales Support Executive to join our growing commercial team. This is a junior position suitable for someone who is keen to build a career in media, publishing and advertising sales. You will provide day-to-day support to the commercial team, with opportunities to take on greater responsibilities and progress within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team

• Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, quotations and reports

• Coordinate advertising materials, campaign deliverables and submission deadlines

• Liaise with clients and internal editorial, creative and production teams

• Maintain client records, sales trackers and campaign documentation

• Follow up and ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly

• Organised, responsible and detail-oriented

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Proactive, positive and willing to learn

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word

• An interest in media, fashion, luxury and lifestyle would be an advantage
