SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

GQ Singapore is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Sales Support Executive to join our growing commercial team. This is a junior position suitable for someone who is keen to build a career in media, publishing and advertising sales. You will provide day-to-day support to the commercial team, with opportunities to take on greater responsibilities and progress within the company.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team

· Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, quotations and reports

· Coordinate advertising materials, campaign deliverables and submission deadlines

· Liaise with clients and internal editorial, creative and production teams

· Maintain client records, sales trackers and campaign documentation

· Follow up and ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly

What We Are Looking For

· Organised, responsible and detail-oriented

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Proactive, positive and willing to learn

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

· Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word

· An interest in media, fashion, luxury and lifestyle would be an advantage
