Sales Support Executive (up to $4k) (1 Year Contract) #NKC

Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and relevant stakeholders to support sales and project operations.

Manage the end-to-end sales administration process, including contracts, orders, purchase orders, billing, and related documentation.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of key milestones and deliverables.

Support monthly forecasting, annual business planning, and inventory management.

Manage contract renewals and ensure timely execution of ongoing service or maintenance agreements.

Prepare sales and business reports, analyse data, and support credit and payment monitoring.

Follow up on outstanding payments, potential risks, and operational issues, and escalate when necessary.

Work closely with internal teams and regional stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth business operations.

Provide guidance and support to relevant internal stakeholders as required.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
