Sales Support Executive (West, Automotive MNC)
Job Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day sales administration and operational support to the Sales team, ensuring smooth processing of customer orders and documentation.
Receive, verify and process sales orders, including pricing, approvals, amendments, cancellations and supporting documents.
Maintain accurate customer, vehicle, order and sales information in CM, Salesforce, SAP and other relevant systems.
Monitor outstanding orders, vehicle availability, order status and delivery timelines, and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate vehicle/chassis allocation with Sales and Sales Order Planning based on approved requirements, inventory availability and allocation guidelines.
Maintain sales, inventory, registration and delivery trackers, and prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Support quotation preparation, pricing updates, commercial calculations and Special Deal submissions based on approved costing and pricing guidelines.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance/Controlling and other stakeholders to resolve pricing, costing, documentation or order-related discrepancies.
Support invoicing, Delivery Order preparation, COE administration, LTA registration and vehicle documentation to facilitate timely customer delivery.
Act as an operational liaison between Sales Executives, customers and internal departments, supporting enquiries and resolving issues throughout the order-to-delivery process.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain or a related discipline would be advantageous. Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Order Management, Sales Operations or a related function.
