Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist the Sales team with daily activities, customer requirements and order fulfilment.
- Customer Service: Handle customer enquiries and complaints, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, analyse data and prepare KPI reports using Excel.
- Sales Administration: Prepare quotations, arrange samples, monitor payments and manage sales documentation.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate project timelines, track progress, follow up on action items and work with different departments to ensure timely completion.
Role Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams.
