Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support the reception and organization of laboratory samples
- Register and track sample shipments in internal databases
- Prepare shipping documentation, including guides and proforma invoices
- Assist in the preparation and conditioning of flavor samples
- Coordinate sample shipment activities with internal teams and affiliates
- Maintain accurate records of sample movements and logistics
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Customer Care team
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration or related
- Active student from 5th semester onwards
- Intermediate English level (written, reading and basic communication with international teams)
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills (data entry, formulas, filters and tables)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Interest in customer service, logistics or sales support processes

- Previous academic or internship exposure to customer service or logistics
- Interest in supply chain or customer care operations
