Sales Support Manager

Job Purpose

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the internal members in processing orders, sales reporting, and performing day-to-day administrative duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor owners and sales teams.
• Travel for distributor visits, customer meetings, ride-alongs, training, and planning.
• Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and expanding market share.
• Respond promptly to distributor and customer inquiries.
• Monitor sales performance and develop territory action plans.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support distributor needs.
• Manage schedules, reporting, customer records, and follow-up activities.
• Build distributor trust through communication and collaborative problem-solving.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer presentations.
