Sales Support Manager
Role overview
Remote Recruitment is hiring a remote Sales Support Manager to support a UK-based employer from South Africa. You'll keep the sales engine organised so the closers can sell. This is a fully remote role working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).
Key responsibilities
- Own CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting and sales data accuracy
- Prepare quotes, proposals and contract paperwork
- Coordinate the handover from sales to delivery
- Track targets and produce weekly sales reports
- Support the sales team with process and admin improvements
What you'll need
- Experience in sales support, sales operations or account administration
- Strong CRM skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar)
- Confident with spreadsheets and reporting
- Clear written and spoken English
- A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
