What You'll Do:
We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in agriculture, a positive can-do attitude and is eager to roll up their sleeves and contribute across all areas of branch operations - including customer service, stock handling, seed mixing, and local deliveries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is excited to learn, develop new skills and build a long-term future in agribusiness.
In this role you will:
- Support customers with pricing, product enquiries and general advice
- Manage inventory, including stocktakes, replenishment and stock processing
- Process counter sales and assist the broader sales team
- Manage customer orders and support with local on-farm deliveries
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
- Mix, prepare and package seed orders
- Ensure all orders are picked and packed within a timely manner
- Support merchandising, stock presentation and store displays
- Maintain a clean, tidy and well-presented store environment
- Maintain and uphold safety processes and procedures within the branch
What You'll Bring:
- A willingness to learn, develop new skills and build a long-term career in agribusiness
- Previous experience in a customer service, retail, sales or agriculture
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to stay organised, manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves and support the team wherever needed
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- A current driver's licence is essential
- A forklift licence is advantageous but not required
