• Coordinate and manage shipment arrangements to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery

• Prepare and handle import and export documentation accurately, in compliance with regulatory requirements

• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and relevant parties to resolve shipment-related issues or discrepancies

• Monitor and track shipment status, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders

• Maintain proper documentation, filing, and records for audit, compliance, and operational reference
