Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot EDI billing discrepancies and invoice disputes.
• Manage disputed invoices and ensure timely resolution with customers.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Liaise with local and overseas stakeholders to coordinate and resolve billing issues effectively.
