Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary:

The primary role of the Sales Support Specialist is to communicate effectively with the Sales Team, Acct Managers, and ensure a smooth sales process. A Sales Support Specialist will maintain complete and accurate records and data entry for the sales cycle. You will keep up with product and service information as well as any relevant updates. A Sales Support Specialist should be able to build instant rapport and build customer satisfaction while working closely with the Sales Team and Account Managers.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, including calls, orders and customer interactions using our CRM platform (HubSpot), JobBoss, QuickBooks
• Handle multiple tasks effectively during the sales process.
• Need complete and accurate data entry to support the Sales Teams administrative side.
• Provide accurate, timely quotations.
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales support, project managers, engineering, customer service, and operations, to insure seamless execution of sales strategies and exceptional customer experiences.
• Support and coordinate any MIR/RGA concerns
• Support and coordinate/reconcile any open invoices
• Confirm that all quality checks were completed before shipping
• Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to effectively position our parts and equipment in the market place.

Qualification / Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales support or customer service experience.
• Experience in the Car Washing industry is a bonus
• Strong work ethic, punctual, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software, QuickBooks, order entry into our ERP system (JobBoss)
• Providing outstanding customer service and maintaining effective working relationships with the sales team, account managers and co-workers.
