About Us
At EIDLexit we help small business owners resolve their SBA disaster loan (EIDL) debt. Most are frightened, embarrassed, and out of options when they reach out. We believe every person is made in the image of God and deserves honest guidance in the hardest financial season of their life.
We are a Christian-led company looking for people who want to build a career here — not pass through. You can read what we believe at eidlexit.com/about-us.
We're scaling fast, with lead volume growing every month.
Sales Support Specialist
Our closers sit across from small business owners on the hardest financial day of their year. Your job is to make sure every one of those conversations starts prepared, on time, and with trust already built.
This is a dedicated sales-support career role. You do not sell or close. You make our closers faster.
What You Will Do
- Respond to new leads fast and earn the consult with tactical empathy.
- Book, confirm, and recover consults so closer calendars stay full of qualified conversations.
- Route every borrower to the right calendar.
- Gather documents and complete the HubSpot record so closers never open a blank file.
- Keep borrowers moving after the consult with clear, honest next steps.
- Hand every objection, legal question, or SBA question to the closer. You do not answer them.
What You Will Never Do
- Sell, close, or quote fees or terms.
- Give legal advice or predict SBA forgiveness decisions.
- Make promises on behalf of the SBA or an attorney partner.
How You Will Be Measured
Show rate, file completeness, speed to lead, closer capacity, and call quality. No dial-count quotas.
The Opportunity
Every lead is inbound. These are business owners actively searching for help with a serious financial problem — they raised their hand and asked us to call. Answer rates are high because they need us.
You are the first person a client speaks with. We train in tactical empathy, not scripts and pressure. Those skills transfer anywhere.
What You Need
Every item below is checked in your application:
- Hands-on HubSpot CRM experience. You have logged calls and notes and kept contact and deal records current.
- Experience working with AI. You have used an AI tool such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude in your work.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a W-2 employee.
- Availability Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Central, and full-time through the three-week onboarding and training block.
- A reliable computer with a webcam, stable high-speed internet, and a private, quiet place to take calls.
What We're Looking For
- A warm, clear communicator who leads with empathy and listens before they talk.
- A problem solver. When two numbers don't match, you check before you act.
- Detail-oriented. You read every instruction and follow structured processes consistently.
- You genuinely care about the person on the other end of the call, and you would rather tell someone the truth than close them. We hire people of every background who want to work this way.
- Coachable and self-motivated in a remote environment.
- Prior appointment-setting, lead-response, or customer-support experience is a plus but not required. No degree required.
This is not for you if you close by pressure or you're not comfortable with people in financial distress.
What We Offer
- Four weeks of paid time off a year. One full week is yours the day you start — not prorated, no waiting period, no matter when in the year you join. The other three weeks accrue across the calendar year, prorated from your start date. PTO covers vacation and sick time.
- All national holidays paid, plus Good Friday and Christmas Eve
- Health insurance and retirement launching Q1 2027
- KPIs you know in advance and see every month. Annual pay reviews run off those same measures, so nothing lands as a surprise
- Ongoing paid communication, tactical empathy, and career training
- The full commission structure in writing — every tier, every percentage — during the interview process and again before you accept an offer. You will know exactly how you get paid before you decide
Position Details
Full-time W-2, 100% remote, open to candidates across the United States. You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. as a W-2 employee — we do not sponsor visas. A few states may be unavailable depending on where we are registered to employ; we will tell you early if yours is one of them.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Central Time. That's 6:30 AM–3:30 PM Pacific and 9:30 AM–6:30 PM Eastern.
You'll be on video all day through Microsoft Teams. You need a reliable computer with a webcam, stable internet, and a quiet workspace.
How to Apply
The application comes first: a few short-written questions, about ten minutes. Then five stages, and we'll tell you where you stand at each one.
- A short video interview: scripted questions you record on your own time, about six minutes. Nothing to schedule.
- Skills assessments: about thirty-five minutes.
- A live interview with sales management.
- A set of workstyle and aptitude assessments: about two hours, and you can split it across sittings. We only send these to our finalists.
- A final conversation with leadership.
Job searching is stressful enough. We don't ghost candidates. You'll hear back either way.
