Salary: £28,100 per annum
Location: Belfast City Centre
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

Are you highly organised, commercially minded and confident working with data, systems and sales processes?
We’re recruiting a Sales Support Specialist to join a busy Belfast-based operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to build their career within sales operations, commercial support and process improvement.
You’ll act as a trusted point of support for sales teams, helping to keep the entire sales cycle running smoothly. From quotations and purchase orders through to bookings, invoicing and data management, you’ll play an important role in ensuring processes are accurate, efficient and delivered to a high standard.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing quotes for contract renewals and RFP/RFI responses
- Maintaining accurate pricing, configuration and quotation documentation
- Managing and updating information across internal systems and databases
- Working extensively with Excel spreadsheets and business data
- Responding professionally to internal and external queries
- Processing Purchase Orders and managing order bookings and reconciliations
- Supporting quoting, booking and invoicing workflows
- Completing quality assurance checks to maintain accuracy and consistency
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- Managing medium to high-priority queries and escalations
- Maintaining and improving internal knowledge resources
- Identifying potential operational risks and communicating these appropriately
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
- Using approved AI and automation tools to streamline processes and identify opportunities for improvement
What we’re looking for
You’ll be someone who takes pride in getting the details right while being comfortable juggling competing priorities.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work confidently with confidential information
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
- Confidence learning new systems and technology
- An interest in using AI and automation to improve business processes
- A customer-focused and professional approach
- Confidence communicating with stakeholders at different levels
- The ability to remain calm and organised when working to tight deadlines
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team
Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system would be advantageous, although it isn't essential.
A Diploma or Degree and up to two years of relevant experience would also be beneficial.
