Manage day-to-day Sales Support activities and ensure service standards are met
- Allocate workload across team members to ensure smooth order processing
- Act as main point of contact for internal stakeholders on order fulfilment matters
- Identify process improvement opportunities in order management and system workflow
- Ensure accurate maintenance of product codes, pricing structures and documentation
- Support management reporting on order status and team performance
