We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Sales professional to join a growing AI business and support its expanding sales function. This is a hands-on role covering sales support, CRM systems, reporting and wider office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
What you'll do:
- Support the sales team with pitches, client follow-ups, onboarding and trials.
- Own and maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate, data and processes.
- Produce sales reports and dashboards, tracking activity, targets and performance.
- Use Excel to analyse data and provide accurate reporting.
- Support marketing campaigns, sales collateral and industry events.
- Provide wider administrative support to the senior leadership team.
- Oversee daily office operations, suppliers, building management and maintenance.
- Handle confidential information and support ad-hoc projects as the business grows.
- Previous experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Commercial Coordination or a similar role supporting a revenue-generating team.
- Strong CRM experience and confident taking ownership of systems.
- Excellent Excel and reporting skills.
- Highly organised, proactive and commercially aware.
- Comfortable working across multiple priorities and teams.
- Hands-on and adaptable.
- Confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a startup business is advantageous.
