SALES SUPPORT (Up to $3000 / 5 days / Boon Lay)

Job Title: SALES SUPPORT (ID3290)
Location: Boon Lay
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:45pm
Salary: $2500-$3000

Job Descriptions :
-Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
-Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
-Respond to complaints from customer and give after-sales -support when requested.
-Able to understand basic engineering drawing.
-Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
-Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
-Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
-Assist in preparing costing sheet and official quotation.
-Ensure adherence to law and policies.
-Any other duties as assigned.
