Sales Systems Analyst (Power BI, CRM & Automation)

Salary: PHP 70,000 to 90,000/month

Working hours: 1:00PM to 10:00PM PHT (evening shift)

About the Role

RONIN International is looking for a Sales Systems Analyst to help improve how we manage, connect and report commercial data.

This is a newly created, hands-on role within Sales Operations. You’ll work with Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing and leadership to turn business requirements into practical Power BI, CRM, data and automation solutions.

Your initial focus will be Power BI reporting and CRM integration, with opportunities to work on sales pipeline, forecasting, profitability, account health, marketing performance and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into practical reporting, data and technology solutions.
• Design and build Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets and semantic models.
• Develop KPI logic and data transformations using DAX and Power Query/M.
• Improve data quality, reporting accuracy and CRM data structures.
• Design and support integrations between CRM, Power BI, finance and other business systems.
• Build automation using tools such as Power Automate, APIs and JSON/REST.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual, spreadsheet-based processes.
• Contribute to solution architecture, data flows, integrations and scalable system design.
• Document data sources, reporting logic, processes and technical solutions.
• Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Query/M, DAX and data modelling.
• Experience building dashboards and reports for business users.
• Strong understanding of data quality, KPI definitions and reporting logic.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of data integration, automation or APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SQL, Azure, Microsoft Fabric or ETL/data pipelines.
• Power Automate, SharePoint or Microsoft 365 experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Zoho or similar.
• Knowledge of solution architecture, systems integration or data architecture.
• Experience in Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, Finance or similar environments.

You might currently be a Power BI Developer, BI Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Solutions Analyst, Data Engineer or Solutions Architect.

You don't need to be an expert in every technology listed. What matters is strong Power BI and data experience, a good understanding of business processes, and the ability to design, build and improve practical solutions.
