About the Role
Rosabon Financial Services (RFS) Limited, Nigeria's leading Non-Banking Financial Intermediary and Equipment Leasing firm, is seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to drive the sales of salary loan and investment products while leading and motivating a team of sales professionals responsible for achieving business targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to achieve business objectives
- Drive sales of salary loan and investment products to individual and corporate clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Monitor team performance and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and corporate partners
- Prepare sales reports and provide performance updates
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: HND or Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in loan sales, investment sales, banking, or financial services
- Previous experience leading or supervising a sales team is required
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Candidates with existing corporate networks will have an added advantage
