About the Role
Rosabon Financial Services is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Sales Team Lead to drive business growth by leading a high-performing sales team focused on salary loans and investment products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Drive sales of salary loan and investment products across assigned markets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching to improve productivity.
- Ensure team members meet their sales and productivity goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in financial services sales, with strong experience in salary loans and investment products.
- Proven experience leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Must reside in Asaba, Delta State.
Compensation & Benefits
- ₦230,000 – ₦300,000 base salary, depending on experience.
- Attractive performance-based commission.
