About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager who can lead, coach, and develop a sales team while consistently driving performance against sales targets and KPIs.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on sales leader who understands how to build a high-performing team, identify performance gaps, coach salespeople effectively, and create an environment where sales professionals can consistently improve and achieve their targets.

This is not a purely administrative management position. You must have a strong track record of leading sales teams and producing measurable sales results.

  • Permanent Work from Home
  • Australian Morning Shift / Dayshift
  • Competitive monthly salary (starting rate at 80k PHP, negotiable after 6 months following performance review)
  • Uncapped commissions and performance incentives
  • HMO coverage on your first year of tenure
  • Exclusive training and professional development opportunities
  • Access to training and seminars with business leaders and industry experts
  • Fun, engaging, and performance-driven work culture
  • Quarterly 5-Star Hotel Incentives
  • Yearly International Travel Incentives

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Performance

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day performance of the sales team.
  • Set clear expectations and ensure team members consistently work toward assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance and identify areas requiring improvement.
  • Develop strategies and action plans to improve conversion, productivity, revenue, and overall team performance.
  • Maintain accountability while creating a positive and motivated sales environment.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate strong sales discipline and commercial awareness.

Coaching & Team Development

  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales representatives to help them reach their full potential.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, one-on-one coaching sessions, and team meetings.
  • Identify individual strengths, weaknesses, and development opportunities.
  • Provide practical coaching around sales conversations, objection handling, closing, follow-ups, and customer engagement.
  • Help new salespeople ramp up quickly and become productive members of the team.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Participate in the recruitment and selection of new sales team members.
  • Help identify candidates with the right sales ability, attitude, work ethic, and cultural fit.
  • Support onboarding and initial training of new sales hires.
  • Ensure new team members understand sales processes, expectations, KPIs, and performance standards.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Monitor CRM activity, sales pipelines, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and communicate regular sales performance reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates and sales documentation.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and sales performance.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on forecasting, target setting, and sales planning.

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Build strong relationships with team members and maintain open communication.
  • Motivate the team during periods of high pressure or challenging sales performance.
  • Address performance issues promptly and fairly.
  • Recognise and reinforce strong performance.
  • Promote professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a results-oriented culture.
  • Handle sensitive customer and business information with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications

MUST HAVE

  • At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in an international/B2B/B2C sales environment.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader, Sales Manager, or similar sales leadership position.
  • Proven experience leading and developing a sales team.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong experience in coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, conversion, objection handling, and closing.
  • Experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing salespeople is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and professionalism.

PREFERRED

  • BPO or outsourcing industry experience.
  • Experience handling international markets, particularly Australia.
  • B2B sales experience.
  • Experience selling high-ticket products, services, education, training, or professional services.
  • Experience managing remote sales teams.
  • Proven history of sales awards, recognition, or measurable team achievements.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who can prove they have successfully led salespeople before.

You should be comfortable looking at a sales dashboard and immediately identifying where the problem is — whether it is lead quality, activity levels, conversion, follow-up, objection handling, closing ability, or individual salesperson performance.

Most importantly, you should know how to turn underperforming salespeople into productive salespeople and high-performing teams into even stronger teams.

If you are a hands-on sales leader who enjoys coaching people, solving sales problems, driving numbers, and building winning teams, we want to hear from you.

Please do not apply if you do not have proven experience leading a sales team.
