About the role

We are looking for a Teleoperator to work in a telecommunications company located in Valladolid. The tasks to be carried out are the following:

What you'll do

- Making calls to existing Sabadell customers for card sales.

- Handle incoming calls from customers and provide clear and precise information.

- Recording and managing incidents, complaints, and requests in internal systems.

- Following up on open cases until they are resolved.

- Offering appropriate solutions according to established procedures.

- Escalating complex incidents to the corresponding departments.

- Maintaining professional communication focused on customer satisfaction.

- Updating data and keeping customer information properly recorded.

- Meeting quality indicators and established response times.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.

Education & certifications

• Completed secondary education.

Languages

• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish.

Requirements

• Minimum experience of 6 months in similar positions.
• We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person, with an orientation toward objectives.
• Residence near the workplace is valued.
