Sales (Tour & Travel)

Job Description:

1. Bespoke Consultation: Handle inbound inquiries to understand client preferences, budgets, and travel styles.
2. Sales Conversion: Drive the sales pipeline, handle objections, and close bookings to achieve monthly revenue targets.
3. Operations & Booking: Coordinate with local Japan land operators and suppliers to secure reservations, transport, and guides.
4. Client Care: Deliver exceptional service, provide pre-departure briefings, and gather post-trip feedback to build repeat business.

Requirements:

• Bilingual Proficiency in English & Mandarin
• Proven ability to hit sales targets, manage a sales pipeline, and negotiate rates with hotels, tour operators, or airlines.
• A deep understanding of regional and international travel routes, visa requirements, and destination knowledge.
• Soft skills for the Singapore Market: (a) ability to provide fast, accurate quotes, (b) meticulous with booking details, passport requirements, and special requests.
