Sales & Trading Analyst/Associate - Agency Execution & Client Coverage
We are looking for a Sales & Trading Analyst or Associate to join our New York brokerage desk, playing a crucial role in building and supporting our equity and index options-focused Alternative Trading System (ATS). The role blends sales trading, execution consulting, and client support across our brokerage desk and electronic options ATS — you'll sit at the intersection of clients, the desk, and our recently launched trading applications. Based in our New York City office, this opportunity is ideal for someone who wants deep exposure to the options trading ecosystem while building foundational sales and analytical skills.
A unique opportunity to get in early on one of the fastest-growing segments of our business. The sales/client coverage team is scaling quickly — meaning outsized ownership, direct exposure to senior leadership and key clients, and real opportunity to shape how the team operates as it grows.
The Impact You Will Have
· Partner with the New York Sales and Trading team on order handling and execution of client options and derivatives orders
· Support client coverage across the ATS and Concierge Desk, managing order flow across high- and low-touch execution paths
· Build relationships with current and prospective clients; facilitate ATS onboarding, demos, training, and order routing
· Triage and escalate technical issues, acting as a liaison between Trading, Operations, QA, and Development teams
· Contribute to product development as the business expands, and help build out new business lines
· Build and maintain internal tools and automations that streamline sales workflows and reporting
· Analyze fee schedules across venues and help identify opportunities to optimize economics as the ATS scales
What We Are Looking For
· Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, math, or equivalent professional experience
· 1–5 years in financial services or fintech, in a sales, business development, client services, or operations capacity
· Working knowledge of US listed equity options market structure, exchange clearing, and settlement
· Series 7, 63, and 57 — held or attained within 6 months of hire
· Experience with sales and trading tools (Bloomberg), communication platforms (e.g. ICE Chat), and OMS/trading systems (e.g., TRAFiX)
· Detail-oriented and self-directed, with strong interpersonal skills and a professional, motivated attitude
· Strong collaborator who works well across sales, product, and support teams
What To Expect
· Learn while doing, alongside high-caliber and innovative professionals
· Highly competitive pay, benefits, and bonus structure
· Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) plus voluntary ancillary plans
· Unlimited PTO, maternity and paternity leave
· 401(k) Safe Harbor Plan and Match
· Company-sponsored events and a collaborative environment
