Roles & Responsibilities
Before you give the motivational speech, learn the customer presentation.
At Royal Organisation, you’ll start with the foundations of face-to-face sales. As you demonstrate consistent results, sound judgement and readiness, you may take on responsibilities supporting newcomers and coaching presentations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Learn your assigned campaign and present client offerings accurately.
Engage potential customers at on-ground campaign locations.
Answer enquiries and support sign-ups.
Work towards individual and team sales objectives.
Develop the skills to guide others as you progress.
