Sales Trainer

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver sales and product training programs through various learning and communication platforms, including e-learning solutions.

• Collaborate closely with country stakeholders to conduct training needs analysis, field observations, and identify appropriate learning interventions.

• Serve as the regional point of contact for all sales and product training programs and training content for both internal and external audiences.

• Manage and execute onboarding and development programs for new hires as well as existing sales teams, to improve sales performance and enhance process execution.

• Evaluate individual and team sales performance, analyze performance gaps, and identify training needs.

• Continuously improve training effectiveness by introducing new learning approaches, techniques, and support materials.

• Deliver impactful training programs for both Sales and Telesales teams, helping them improve performance, productivity, and sales results.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or related fields.

• Proven experience conducting training for Sales and Telesales teams is highly preferred. Candidates with hands-on experience in developing and delivering training programs for sales professionals, telesales agents, or client-facing teams will have a strong advantage.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to confidently deliver training sessions, facilitate discussions, and communicate effectively with regional stakeholders.

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with demonstrated self-confidence.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to suit different audiences.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
