A Sales Trainer is a dynamic online facilitator responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive sales training programs for Virtual Assistants. This role focuses on synthesizing high-level sales methodologies with AI integration to equip VAs with modern sales strategies, consultative selling techniques, and AI-powered tools that enhance productivity and client outcomes. The Sales Trainer ensures that trainees are fully prepared to represent clients confidently and effectively before deployment.
TASKS:
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging virtual sales training programs for Virtual Assistants.
- Teach advanced sales methodologies, including consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, rapport building, and closing techniques.
- Integrate AI-powered tools and workflows into sales training to improve efficiency, research, communication, and overall sales performance.
- Conduct live virtual classes, workshops, role-playing sessions, and practical exercises.
- Manage virtual classrooms to foster engagement, participation, and accountability.
- Monitor trainee performance through assessments, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Provide individualized coaching and actionable feedback to improve sales competency.
- Identify training needs and continuously enhance training content based on industry trends, client requirements, and business objectives.
- Create, maintain, and update sales training materials, job aids, assessments, and learning resources.
- Reinforce company policies, client expectations, and sales best practices throughout the training process. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure training aligns with operational goals.
- Perform administrative responsibilities related to the learning management system (LMS), onboarding, offboarding, attendance tracking, and training documentation.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or in a similar sales training role.
- Proven experience training individuals or teams on modern sales methodologies and best practices.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling, solution selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing strategies.
- Experience incorporating AI tools into sales processes and training programs to improve productivity and effectiveness.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills in a virtual learning environment.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Zoom, and other virtual collaboration platforms.
- Highly organized with strong planning, time management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex sales concepts into engaging and practical learning experiences.
- Strong analytical and performance coaching skills with the ability to evaluate trainee progress and recommend development plans.

- Computer Operating System: at least Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura
- Headset: Any USB-type headset with noise-cancelling feature (Optional)
- OPTION 2 (POWER SUPPLY - UPS):
- Must be capable of powering your work station for at least 3 hours
- Typically a device with 240Wh or higher will be sufficient
- Must be capable of accepting all the plugs required to maintain the primary device and work environment (device, monitor, modem, cell phone if using as internet backup)
- PRIMARY INTERNET CONNECTION
- DSL / Fiber Connection - Minimum of 100mb/s contracted
- BACK-UP INTERNET CONNECTION
