Sales Trainer
Care Synergy is looking for an engaging and creative Sales Trainer. Annual Salary: $75,961–$85,883
Rewarding Work You Will Do:

Designs and delivers impactful sales training for individuals, small groups, and large audiences across the enterprise.

Creates engaging, modern learning experiences using classroom instruction, virtual learning, video, simulations, role plays, games, shadowing, and field ride-alongs.

Coaches sales professionals in the field, providing real-time observation, feedback, and development.

Partners with leaders and subject-matter experts to translate business and growth strategies into practical training programs.

Assesses learning needs and use data and feedback to continuously improve curriculum and training effectiveness.

Builds and manages training calendars for Business Development trainees.

Leads training projects from concept through completion, keeping deliverables on scope and on schedule.

Stays current on sales, marketing, adult-learning, and training best practices.

Supports compliance with internal processes and external regulatory requirements.

Serves as a super-user for our EMR and CRM systems.

Travels to Care Synergy affiliates as needed to provide in-person training and field coaching.

What We Are Going To Love About You

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or a related field
-
At least 3 years of experience in healthcare sales or a related role
-
At least 2 years of experience delivering sales training, either in person or remotely
-
Valid Colorado Driver’s License and proof of insurance
-
Willingness to travel to affiliate locations as needed
