Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Administrator with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and user support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing Salesforce applications, supporting Cloudbyz products built on Salesforce, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities;

• Configure and customise Salesforce applications using declarative tools, including Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards, Page Layouts, Record Types, and Permission Sets.
• Support implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Cloudbyz applications built on the Salesforce platform.
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Create and manage custom objects, fields, profiles, permission sets, and security configurations.
• Ensure system integrity, data quality, governance, and user access management.
• Perform system testing, configuration validation, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve support tickets, and provide end-user assistance.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, business analysts, and project stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, SOPs, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in Salesforce release management, deployments, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements, new features, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom Salesforce applications.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce declarative tools and platform capabilities.
• Experience in business requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and user support.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
• Experience working within Life Sciences, Healthcare, Clinical Research, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries. Exposure to release management and Salesforce deployment processes.
