A leading South Australian public sector organisation is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Developer to support a strategic CRM transformation program. This role will be responsible for administering, configuring, and supporting the Salesforce platform, resolving complex technical issues, managing integrations and system enhancements, and ensuring platform performance, security, and reliability.

The Salesforce Administrator/Developer will be responsible for but not limited to;

• Providing technical administration of Salesforce and integrated systems

• Managing platform configuration, security, and access

• Driving a configuration-first, low-code approach

• Supporting integrations and system enhancements

• Resolving complex technical issues

The Salesforce Administrator/Developer will have experience in the following;

• Strong experience administering Salesforce in complex enterprise environments

• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, security, profiles, roles, and permission sets

• Experience managing workflows, flows, automation, and system enhancements

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues

• Experience supporting Salesforce integrations and connected applications

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Senior Salesforce Administrator looking to join an innovative Federal Government Agency. The successful candidate will play a key role in administering and optimising the Salesforce platform, supporting integrations, automation, security, and ongoing system enhancements.
