Salesforce Administrator Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administration of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ)
- Support users by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and providing training as needed
- Design and implement automation (Flows, validation rules, process improvements) to reduce manual work and increase efficiency
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce clicks, and improve user experience
- Maintain data integrity through data cleansing, deduplication, and governance best practices
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Support ongoing enhancements and system improvements to maximize ROI on Salesforce investments
- Assist with system integrations and ensure data consistency across platforms
- Participate in release management, testing, and deployment of new features and updates
- 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required)
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Marketing Cloud experience is a plus)
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, validation rules)
- Strong understanding of data management and data quality best practices
- Experience building reports and dashboards
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
