We are a fast-growing technology company seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Systems team.

Our Business Systems team empowers departments across Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Finance, Revenue Operations, Legal, and HR by building scalable business processes and maintaining critical business applications. The Role

We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce environment.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand operational challenges, design scalable solutions, and ensure Salesforce continues to support the company's rapid growth. You'll also collaborate with technical teams managing integrations, third-party applications, and business systems while mentoring other members of the team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with business process improvement and wants to make a meaningful impact across multiple departments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security settings.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and automation.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Configure and support Salesforce integrations with ETL platforms and third-party applications.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing user support.
  • Monitor system performance, data quality, and platform health.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Customer Support, and HR.
  • Support testing, deployments, and change management activities.
  • Document processes, configurations, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior administrators and contribute to the growth of the Business Systems team.


Must Have

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Extensive experience administering Salesforce in a production environment.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Experience managing users, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, reports, dashboards, page layouts, custom objects, and automation.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flow automations.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
  • Experience supporting third-party applications connected to Salesforce.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Professional working English.
  • Ability to work full-time in a remote environment.


Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
  • Experience with ETL platforms and data integrations.
