Summary

Owns the development, optimization, and reliability of Immigrant Invest's Salesforce CRM: maintaining the environment, building Flows and automations, managing configurations, permissions, integrations, and reporting, while actively using AI tools to speed up development. Requires 2-3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.

Immigrant Invest is an international company specializing in citizenship and residency through investment programmes in the European Union, the Caribbean, Vanuatu, and Turkey. We support our clients throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation to obtaining their documents and recovering their investments.

Our offices are located in Austria, Malta, Portugal, and the UAE, and we work with colleagues from around the world 🌍

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team and take ownership of the development, optimization, and reliability of our Salesforce environment.

We are looking for someone who goes beyond simply implementing requests, a professional who understands Salesforce as an interconnected system, proactively identifies opportunities for improvement, and actively leverages AI to automate processes, improve productivity, and develop effective technical solutions.

What you will do

  • Maintain, develop, and optimize our Salesforce environment, ensuring its reliability, security, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

  • Take ownership of Salesforce architecture, evaluating how proposed changes affect existing automations, integrations, data structures, and business processes.

  • Design, develop, troubleshoot, and optimize Salesforce Flows and other automations to streamline operations and reduce manual work.

  • Actively leverage AI tools to accelerate development, automate repetitive tasks, troubleshoot issues, prepare documentation, and improve the quality and efficiency of technical solutions.

  • Collaborate with different departments to understand business needs, analyze requirements, and recommend effective solutions rather than simply implementing requests as submitted.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve business processes, eliminate duplicate functionality, reduce technical debt, and enhance data quality.

  • Manage Salesforce configurations, user access, permissions, integrations, and reporting, ensuring the system supports day-to-day business operations.

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, assess potential risks and dependencies, and ensure changes are properly tested before deployment.

  • Maintain clear documentation of system architecture, automations, business logic, and key technical decisions.

  • Prioritize and manage tasks systematically, balancing business needs, technical complexity, and long-term system stability.

What we are looking for

  • At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience administering and configuring Salesforce, ideally in a complex business environment.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data structures, security models, user access management, and system configuration.

  • Practical experience designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce Flows, including complex automations.

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate tasks, develop and debug solutions, analyze requirements, prepare documentation, and improve productivity.

  • Understanding of automation execution order, system dependencies, platform limitations, scalability, and technical debt management.

  • Experience working with Salesforce integrations and troubleshooting technical issues.

  • Ability to evaluate the broader impact of system changes, identify potential risks, and propose alternative solutions when necessary.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to prioritization, testing, and implementation.

  • Proactive and independent mindset, with the confidence to challenge decisions constructively when they may negatively affect the system.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts, risks, and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Developer.

  • Experience working with SOQL/SOSL and relational data structures.

  • Experience modernizing legacy Salesforce automations.

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with telephony, messaging platforms, document management systems, financial tools, or analytics solutions.

  • Project coordination experience and experience training Salesforce users.

What we offer

  • The opportunity to work in an international company with colleagues from different countries and backgrounds.

  • A role with meaningful ownership and the autonomy to influence Salesforce architecture, technical decisions, and business processes.

  • The opportunity to introduce AI-powered solutions and modern automation practices into everyday operations.

  • Collaboration with different departments and direct involvement in improving systems that support business growth.

  • 25 working days of annual leave and 14 national holidays per year.

  • Unlimited short-term sick leave.

  • A supportive working environment that values initiative, independent thinking, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just keep Salesforce running, but helps us make it smarter, more efficient, and better equipped to support our business as we grow. If you enjoy solving complex problems, improving systems, and finding practical ways to use AI and automation, we'd love to hear from you!
